Heavy Concrete Production
Production Worker
Location: Ocala, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:25 AM-Finished (Overtime, including weekends, is possible and mandatory if scheduled)
Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR (Pay based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Fill concrete forms according to specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate measurements and proper form setup
Monitor curing process and assist with timely removal of finished products
Safely unload cured concrete from forms
Coordinate movement of finished products to designated areas
Repeat production process efficiently to meet daily targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous experience in concrete work or construction framing preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
