Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Jacksonville, FL
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical requirements? American Trucking Group provides dry van routes throughout the Southeast with excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes ensure you receive steady miles while allowing you to enjoy regular family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, letting you focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $900 to $1,200 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Operating in the Southeast, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
