Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing home care team in Boca Raton, FL .

Our HHAs provide one-on-one care in private home settings , giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while supporting their comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

We currently have opportunities available for both day and night shifts .

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on the client's needs and preferences
• Providing medication reminders as permitted
• Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or needs
• Following individualized care plans and established routines
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan

Preferred:

• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience providing one-on-one care in a private home setting
