Practice Details

• Balanced schedule of 15 to 20 patients per day with longer visit times and smaller panels

• Clinical leadership role supporting CHF initiatives, prevention strategies, and PCP education

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, a predictable clinic schedule with no call and no weekends
• 100% consults and follow-ups in an outpatient setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $400,000 to $450,000 with up to 10% annual quality bonus tied to value metrics and no RVUs or production quotas
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance
• 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance with 5 CME days, 401(k) with up to 6% match, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
• Comfortable in an outpatient-only, senior-focused model
• Ability to read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; experience preferred
