Account Coordinator
- Role: Account Coordinator (Fort Lauderdale, 33308)
- Pay: $24.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
- Ideal Candidate: A sharp, professional communicator with 2–4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or high-level administrative support

- Support the Director of Client Management and Account Managers with internal account coordination
- Assist with client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service tasks
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, open enrollment, and renewals
- Enter, update, and maintain client and plan data across multiple internal software platforms
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items to ensure work is completed on time
- Assist with documentation and compliance-related processes under supervision
- Communicate with clients or insurance carriers as needed (limited, increasing over time)
