Schedule: Full-time, 9 hours/day aligned with US Eastern Time (EST)

Since March, we’ve also launched an AIT Project Accelerator—a platform for our graduates to showcase their group projects, receive professional feedback, and build a public portfolio.
We even welcome external independent teams to pitch their projects, offering them exposure and the chance to connect with our active and growing community in the tech space.
We are looking for a high-energy Russian-speaking Sales Specialist to join our remote team and work with warm leads in our CRM system. Your one and only job: call leads full-time and close deals. These are potential students who already showed interest via our Instagram, Facebook, blogs, or webinars. This is not cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Make calls to warm leads from our CRM for 9 hours a day (EST hours) & sell online training programs in programming and QA to individual (B2C), commercial, and government clients.
Answer questions, explain the product, and help clients confidently make a decision.
Maintain notes and status updates in the CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Russian speaker (you will not need English at all) - at the moment, all potential clients you’ll be calling are Russian-speaking people living in the US.
Relevant sales experience (ideally selling education, IT courses, programming schools, or from our direct competitors).
Ability to study and master the product quickly.
Able to work 9 hours/day on EST schedule (e.g., 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, etc.)
Energetic, consistent, and results-driven.
Legitimate bank account outside of restricted countries.
What we offer:
Full-time job (9 working hours per day, Monday-Friday).
Remote work: You may be located in any country; You just need a good Internet connection & international bank account, a computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.
Compensation in USD.
Base salary: $600/month. Performance bonuses: total earnings of $3,000–$5,000/month are realistic with strong performance.
Warm lead base in CRM.
Corporate telephony system.
