Customer Service Representative

The purpose of this position would be to handle all incoming questions regarding Teami’s product line and help customers who have questions about their orders!

This is an in office position, there are currently no remote positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide delightful customer service through casual, unscripted conversations via email and live chat. No contact via phones!
• Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information
• Assist in sales by providing detailed information about products and services to customers
• Provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams across the company
• Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in consumer education and support sales efforts

Qualifications

• Superior oral, written and listening skills with the ability to assist all members in a friendly, courteous manner
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet business needs during peak seasons and special events
• A team player with a positive attitude!
• Must be able to type a minimum of 55-65 WPM
• Perfect spelling and use of grammar in written responses

The schedule for this position is as follows:

Monday - Friday

9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
