- Manage Purchase Orders: Place, track, and receive inventory accurately and on time.
- Warranty & Returns: Process warranty parts, handle vendor returns, and secure credits efficiently.
- Vendor Relations: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for the best pricing and terms.
- Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and ensure accuracy at all times.
- Supplier Sourcing: Seek out new vendor options to improve pricing and product availability.
- Logistics: Coordinate daily order pickups/deliveries; assist with job site deliveries as needed.
- Physical Tasks: Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; stay on your feet and active throughout the day.
- Technology Use: Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track orders, parts, and materials.
- HVAC experience preferred (not required but helpful)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willing to work occasional extended hours when needed
