Civil Technician
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation
- Must be able to perform physical duties, such as heavy lifting up to 80lbs - example including concrete bags
- Reasonable climbing capability
- Must have a basic understanding of Operation and Maintenance of power tools and equipment
- Rigging knowledge
- Critical thinking
- Civil knowledge, required
- Concrete experience
- Heavy Equipment Operator experience
- Electrical experience
- Excavation experience
- Underground utility experience
- Basic Hand Tool knowledge
- Must follow directions and a willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Conduit and grounding installation
- Pulling wire and fiber
- Light electrical duties, such as landing wire
- Removal of vegetation
- Some gravel and dirt work
- Small equipment operation - Skid steer, mini excavator, thumper, packer, roll packer and forklift
- Basic rigging skills
- Driving to pull large trailers loaded with equipment
- Previous L&A experience (not required but preferred)
- Must be able to load and secure trailer prior to transporting equipment
Pay Range : $18.00/hr.-$22.00/hr. Pre-employment: Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR.
