Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure the smooth functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Enter alphabetic, numeric, and/or symbolic data from documents into database following format displayed on screen
• Understands and implements formulas in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task, travel locally and work under tight time constraints as necessary
• Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
• Preparing and processing invoices and expense reports
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assist with shipping logistics, including but not limited to preparing packages, managing carriers, and tracking deliveries
• Supporting the team with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Aviation/ IT / Logistics / Finance preferred
• Customer service: 4 years preferred
• Ability to pass drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
