Internet Sales Team - Toyota

- Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads
- Prospect to data base on a daily basis
- Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions
- Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
- Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
