HIRING PART TIME/PER-DIEM OCCUPATIONAL ‪THERAPISTS / OCCUPATIONAL ASSISTANCE

Located in Broward Country Florida is a home health agency that provides speech, physical, and occupational therapies.

Seeking clinicians to join our fast growing team.

• Per Diem/Sub-Contract (with potential for full time position dependent on caseload) positions available in a supportive and friendly working environment with flexible hours and competitive pay.

‪Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluates and develops a treatment plan outlining area of deficit and determines measurable goals.
• Recommends and provides treatment based upon medical, clinical, functional, and observational findings.
• Provides treatment based upon clinical, functional, and observational findings.
• Records daily patient documentation and charges according to agency standards.
• Communicates with family/guardians regarding treatment and findings.
• Prepares patient and family/guardians for discharge.
• Maintains ongoing continuing education to maintain professional licensure and clinical excellence.
• Supervises assistants and students as needed.

‪Requirements:

• Florida Professional License
• ‪Level II background screening ‪
• ‪Current CPR /BLS card
• ‪Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Fluent in English/ or Spanish
• In person
