· Number of Staff: 22

· Type of Staff: PT/OT/SLP/Tech

o Day Shift: Day Shift only

o Night Shift:

· Patient Ratios –7:1

· Type of Equipment: Typical IPR Gym equipment: Balance, Gait Systems

· Documentation System: Meditech (Expanse)

· Call Requirements: Weekend rotation

Typical Hiring Profile

Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH )

· BLS

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):

· Patient Evaluations, ADLS,Transfers,Family/Patient Education, Gait, Therex, Functional Training,etc.

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
