B2B Collections Representative

A dynamic and growing valued client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their accounting team.The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations. This role involves maintaining financial records, generating invoices, and handling collections to support the financial stability and growth of the company. salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in Collections, and/or Customer Service preferred
• Must have intermediate user skills with major accounting software
• Preferred experience with SAP
• Communication Skills
• Conduct collection calls using telephone, e-mail, and/or customer website portals
• Secure payments and resolve any customer’s questions, concerns and/or issues preventing payments from being issued
• Monitor customer delinquencies and provide thorough and accurate documentation of the progress made to each account to secure payment, by direct contact with customer
• Research variances with internal and external customers
