Overview

AO Globe Life is growing, and we’re looking for Remote Client Support Specialists to join our mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom to understand client needs

• Walk clients through personalized benefit options and support their enrollment

• Maintain accurate records and deliver a client-first experience

• Collaborate with mentors and teammates in ongoing training sessions

• Build long-term client relationships while developing your own career path

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Confident using Zoom and other virtual tools

• Genuine passion for serving others and contributing to a greater mission

• Previous customer service or consultative experience is a plus (not required)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam required
