What Youll Do

As an RBT, youll bring science and compassion together to create real impact in childrens lives.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders (ages 18 months15 years).

• Work in clinic, home, school, or community settings to support a childs development.

• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.

• Collect data electronically to track progress and celebrate successes.

• Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.

• Participate in monthly team training sessions to continue learning and connecting.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing one) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood , or a related field.

• Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!).

• Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus!).

• Active RBT credential or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
