Bi-Lingual VIP Customer Service Support
The Customer Service Support role is to assist the field leaders (VIP) by proactively addressing their service needs and communicating the It Works! Way. The position provides opportunity for personal development and advancement including training and compensation certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support field leaders with personalized customer service.
• Process Distributor request communicated by phone, email and tickets with defined production goals.
• Successfully resolve escalated issues and answer commissions and high-level distributor requests.
• Reinforce strong field relationships by proactively reaching out to identify and to provide business solutions.
• Participate in various distributor events to recognize and reinforce them.
• Document and escalate any issues or suggestions provided by the VIPs.
• Greet New VIPs/Create VIP Personal Profiles within the time frame specified.
• Serve as a resource and support for your team associated and assist as needed. Proactively identify opportunities to improve daily performance.
• Identify and recommend new ways to improve service and internal practices.
• May be required to work corporate events which may fall outside of normal business hours. Conference & Green Carpet
• Back up other BAMS (Business Account Manager) as needed
