We're looking for a General Manager who treats the restaurant like it's their own. You'll have the autonomy to build your team, drive your results, and create a guest experience worth coming back for. If you're the kind of leader who raises the energy of a room just by walking in, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own daily operations end to end: service, standards, systems, and culture
- Hire, train, and develop a team that performs with or without you in the room
- Drive sales growth and execute strategies that move the needle on performance
- Manage budgets, labor, and P&L
- Maintain uncompromising standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Set the tone every shift
What You Bring
- 3+ years of salaried management experience in fast casual or full-service
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills that work at every level
