Whether you've mastered the grill, sauté, pantry, or fry station, your ability to execute with precision and consistency is what matters most.Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Joe Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge. Position Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards.Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.Manage multiple orders while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.Communicate effectively with teammates to keep service running smoothly.Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.Help receive, rotate, and properly store food and supplies.Support your team wherever needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant required.Organized and focused during busy shifts.Works with speed without sacrificing quality.Pays attention to the details that make every dish consistent.Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team.Adapts quickly and solves problems with a positive attitude.Takes pride in keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready.Dependable, accountable, and shows up ready to contribute.Has a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
