Executive Personal Assistant- Palm Beach, Florida
Our client, a Founder of a wellness organization is seeking a high-level Executive Personal Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong AI proficiency, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple business and personal priorities. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, with a polished yet personable presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal’s strategic right hand, anticipating needs and managing priorities
- Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting logistics across multiple locations
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize and streamline personal and professional priorities
- Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency, organization, and workflow optimization
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the principal
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and key contacts
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Strong AI proficiency
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Comfortable operating within the Apple ecosystem
- Flexible and able to travel between Virginia and Florida as needed
- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Strong communication skills with a sense of humor and personable demeanor
