Job Overview:
We are immediately looking for a few (4-5) Highly Skilled & Experienced Electrical Supervisor/Foreman to join our rapidly growing team, WE HAVE SO MUCH WORK, that we are starting to have to turn some away, until these positions are filled! Selected candidates will be responsible for Supervising & Directing a team of Electricians and other Electrical Workers on different construction projects and Jobsites within Palm Beach County. They are also responsible for ensuring that the work is completed efficiently, safely, and is completed according to industry standards and the blueprints. PLEASE note that this is a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians on commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national codes
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations
• Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives
• Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of field experience working as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
• MUST HAVE - Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school degree preferred
• MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 30 Cert preferred or willing to obtain if required)
