$48,000 to $75,000 per year

As our primary Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales function. You will work with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution which does the mundane lead follow up so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals. Be on the cutting edge!
As a Business Owner (in Training), you will have the opportunity for tremendous personal and professional growth as you enter our year long business mentorship program to learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurialism and business ownership. You will become a key member of our local management team and take on the role of business owner within our organization and the community at large. You will play an important part in building this newly formed service business into a multi-million dollar business, and you will share financially in its success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets for the Orlando and Tampa locations.- Conduct customized phone consultations with prospective customers. - Monitor sales activities, review performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.- Continuously develop and improve sales techniques and processes.
2. In-Home Estimates:- Conduct or mentor others who conduct in-home sales consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of the products/services.- Negotiate and close sales deals to secure new customers and convert them to recurring service.
3. Business Ownership:- Learn and understand the core principles of business ownership and entrepreneurship.- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a business, including finance, marketing, operations, and customer service.- Collaborate with senior management to execute the business plan and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.- Prepare for the transition into a business ownership role, taking on increasing responsibilities and decision-making authority as the business grows.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in in-home Sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques, overcoming objections, and closing skills is preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and a strong desire to become a business owner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on closing sales and delivering results
- Technology-savvy and quick to learn new software including Artificial Intelligence solutions
- Proficient in using sales CRM systems and other sales-related software, knowledge of Google software suite a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Fluent in English, bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
