Inside Sales Representative

Summary:

Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers.

The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Responsibilities:

•Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)

•Managing leads by tracking and following up on them

•Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet

•Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan

•Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics

•Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively. The successful candidate will be able to identify the customer’s needs and match with the best product available to close sales.

•The successful candidate will be open and receptive to coaching and feedback geared to improve sales performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
