We are seeking dynamic Automotive Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team at Brickell Honda!

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class car-buying experience for our customers. You will represent our Honda Certified vehicle line, offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.
• Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
