mph club is looking for a data-driven operator and builder with a strong focus on asset utilization. You will take point on managing a fleet of vehicles by analyzing data for performance gaps and process improvements, managing partner and vendor relationships, and improve processes. You will work cross functionally at our locations that operates with multiple business lines. Your passion for exotic and luxury vehicles and customer service is bar none. You're excited to operate and grow a business within a business and have an all-hands-on-deck attitude.

Responsibilities

· Deliver, receive and dispatch vehicles to clients.

· Wash & detail vehicles upon return of rentals.

· Make sure vehicles are ready for delivery, making sure car is clean, etc.

· Work to improve the driver experience and have a passion for doing so by interacting with renters to understand areas for opportunity

· Willing and able to assist in all day to day operations.

• MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE (Due to insurance purposes)

Experience

· 5+ years of professional experience preferred

· General knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles

· Strong emphasis on data-driven decisions

· Proficiency in Mac products

· Extremely process oriented

· Strong communicator -- can communicate equally effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership

· Strong bias for action
