About the Role:
Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team! We're looking for a proactive leader with a strong background in managing projects in civil construction and site development, with a focus on subcontractor operations. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of site development projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil site development projects, including budgeting, estimating, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents and foreman to ensure all work meets project plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, track progress, and proactively adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, MSHA, environmental standards, and Pinnacle's internal safety policies.
- Review and process project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
- Maintain complete and organized project records for contracts, permits, inspections, and related materials.
- Represent Pinnacle Site Solutions with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial civil construction / site development projects.
- Strong background in subcontractor-side project management and operations preferred.
- Proven success in managing grading, underground utilities (stormwater, sewer, water, gas), erosion control, and other sitework scopes.
- Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
- OSHA 30 and / or MSHA certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience also considered.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to active project sites.
