About Company:Skilled Trades Services is actively looking to hire 2-3, Responsible & Qualified “ Lead Electricians ” to oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and is completed on time. STS is the leading provider of “Skilled Tradesmen” for the construction vertical. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, safety standards, and commitment to excellence. Job Overview:
We are seeking 2-3 experienced Lead Electricians to join our growing team. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical projects on-site. You will work closely with your team members and clients to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Roles And Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical projects on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a lead electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is an on-location job MUST BE : (In the Lake Okeechobee FL & Surrounding Area)
- Potential for permanent employment
- Ability to work 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
- Competitive compensation ranging from $27-$30 per hour (based on experience)
- This is just the starting wage – as soon as they see your skill set and that you are going to be an ASSET to the Company the Hourly Pay will increase quick!
