BILINGUAL LEGAL ASSISTANT – PERSONAL INJURY

Golden Talent Solutions has been retained by a highly reputable, fast-growing Personal Injury law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Plantation, Florida, as well as Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to join their growing team. Bilingual highly preferred.

This position will support a busy Personal Injury practice in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while providing strong support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Prior law firm experience is required. Personal Injury experience is strongly preferred.

The firm is seeking someone who understands urgency, communicates professionally with clients, and can help keep files organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and litigation staff

• Communicate with clients regarding case updates, scheduling, and documentation

• Assist with obtaining and organizing medical records, bills, and supporting documents

• Schedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and client meetings

• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files

• Draft correspondence and assist with legal documentation

• Assist with intake, file management, and case progression

• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and vendors

• Support the team with day-to-day office and case management responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of legal assistant experience

• Personal Injury experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese
