We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who doesn't just "run ads," but builds intelligent growth engines. You will be the owner of our performance marketing machine, leveraging cutting-edge AI and a deep obsession with the customer journey to scale our $5M/year+ budget profitably.

Role Overview:

This is a strategy-first, hands-on-leadership role . You will set the strategy, manage agencies/vendors, and still be capable of jumping into the platforms, dashboards, landing pages, and automations yourself. You are a master of the "click-to-consultation" journey and know how to weaponize AI to move faster than the competition.

What You’ll Own:

Performance Strategy & Multi-Channel Scale:

  • Own the performance marketing roadmap across Google (Search/PMax/YouTube), Meta, and TikTok .
  • Manage and optimize a $5M+/year paid media budget with strict accountability for CPL, Cost-per-Appointment, and ROAS.
  • Lead the charge on TikTok Ads , developing creative-first strategies that stop the scroll and drive high-intent leads for home services.
  • Partner with and challenge agencies/vendors: ensuring they are utilizing the latest tech and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.


AI-Driven Growth Operations:

  • Expertly leverage AI systems (LLMs, creative AI, predictive analytics, and automated bidding) to build, test, and scale campaigns.
  • Use AI to assist in rapid creative ideation, copy generation, and data analysis to find "pockets of efficiency" others miss.
  • Run regular audits on ad accounts to ensure best practices, accurate tracking, and full-funnel optimization.


Customer Journey & Funnel Obsession:

  • Obsess over the customer’s journey from the first touchpoint to the final handshake. You understand the psychology of a homeowner and how to move them from "curious" to "consultation."
  • Architect high-converting funnels and landing pages that prioritize user experience and lead quality.
  • Build a structured testing roadmap (headlines, offers, creative, layouts) and run ongoing A/B tests to remove friction from the journey.


Automation & Systems:

  • Build and optimize marketing automations using Zapier and AI-integrated workflows.
  • Ensure leads flow correctly into CRM/booking tools with proper routing, deduplication, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales/operations to close the loop: feedback on lead quality, appointment rates, and revenue.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain dashboards for executive leadership (GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets, etc.).
  • Understand attribution challenges and use both blended and channel-level metrics to make clear, data-backed decisions.


What Success Looks Like in 12 Months:

  • Profitable deployment of $5M+ in paid media with clear, defensible ROAS/CAC.
  • Successful expansion and scaling of TikTok as a core lead-gen channel.
  • A robust testing engine across ads and landing pages with documented wins.
  • Clean, reliable tracking and AI-assisted reporting that leadership trusts.
  • A seamless, low-friction customer journey that consistently improves appointment rates.


Who You Are;

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years in performance marketing with direct experience managing $1M–$5M+/year budgets.
  • Deep experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) , Meta Ads , and TikTok Ads .
  • AI Power User: You leverage AI systems to build, test, and analyze at a speed the competition can't touch.
  • Journey Architect: You think in terms of psychology and friction; you know a lead is only as good as the experience that created it.
  • Technical Strategist: Hands-on experience with Zapier and building automated workflows.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and fluent in GA4 and performance dashboards.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with high-ticket home services (roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, painting/coatings, etc.).
  • Experience with call tracking and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Team leadership experience as a manager or “lead.”
