Lee Health is seeking a Rheumatologist Medical Director!

Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

LPG Rheumatology is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology to join our team as Medical Director . The ideal candidate will have completed fellowship training in Rheumatology and be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Our practice operates across three outpatient clinics located in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero , with this leadership position primarily based at the Bonita location. We value continuity of care and collaboration, working closely with multiple specialties within Lee Health , including Pain Management .

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team, partner with system leadership, and actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making to advance Rheumatology services across the health system.
