Media Sales & Marketing Associate

**Compensation:** 50% commission on revenue generated from each procured sponsor/advertiser. Opportunity for a permanent role with a monthly salary once revenue targets are met.

**Job Description:**

Online Radio Station is looking for a motivated recent graduate, college student or aspiring sales professional to fill our Media Advertising Sales Representative position. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential advertisers, explaining the benefits of our advertising services, and securing sponsorships. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our growth and revenue.

At this time, we are offering a competitive 50% commission on all revenue generated from your acquired sponsors/advertisers. As our company scales, we aim to transition into offering a monthly salary based on performance and revenue growth.

**Duties:**

- Identify and contact potential clients, preferably from:

1\. Fashion and streetwear brands

2\. Music labels and artists (for album releases, concerts, etc.)

3\. Nightclubs and entertainment venues

4\. Sneaker stores and shoe brands

5\. Beverage companies (Non - Alcoholic)

6\. Automobile manufacturers and dealerships

7\. Beauty and grooming products

8\. Sports apparel and equipment companies

9\. Film and television productions

10\. Urban lifestyle magazines and publications

11\. Tech companies and gadgets aimed at urban demographics

12\. Event organizers (concerts, festivals, parties)

13\. Fitness and wellness brands

14\. Jewelry and accessory designers

15\. Fast food and restaurant chains (Food Trucks)

16\. Financial services targeting urban audiences

17\. Real estate agencies specializing in urban properties

18\. Community outreach programs and non-profits

19\. Travel and tourism companies offering urban experiences

20\. Video game developers and publishers.

- Articulate how our advertising services will effectively promote their products or services

- Provide cost estimates, handle contract paperwork, and close sales

- Deliver engaging sales presentations to new and existing clients

- Recommend appropriate ad sizes, formats, and placements based on client goals

- Work remotely with occasional client meetings

**Requirements:**

- Expertise in media ad pricing and rate structures to help establish competitive pricing for our advertising services

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Previous experience in advertising sales or related customer service roles is a plus
