Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions.
Work Setting: Remote, with travel to sites.

Required:
• Experience in real property administration/documentation, real estate operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, PowerPoint, database applications, and other proprietary software.
• Project management experience.
• Administrative background with energy industry experience.
• Experience managing acquisition documentation.
• Experience with office operations management and vendor coordination;
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities :
• Optimize business processes and procedural guidelines to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Maintain and validate land acquisition data in the Land Tracking Database, ensuring accurate tracking of parcels, ownership, agreements, and milestones.
• Create, manage, and analyze database reports to support decision-making and operational oversight.
• Submit and monitor legal document requests via Salesforce, ensuring workflow compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including land agents, legal, county offices, and title companies—to ensure seamless project execution
• Collaborate with vendors and GIS analysts to manage invoices, prepare exhibits, and align deliverables with acquisition timelines.
• Support strategic planning through research, budgeting analysis, document management, and presentation preparation for leadership review.
