Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is pivotal in maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the liaison between our clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solution-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Maintain and build strong customer relationships through regular communication

• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions

• Track account activity, analyze customer data, and provide reports as needed

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency

• Assist in contract renewals and upsell opportunities

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or related roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
