- Mantener la satisfacción de los huéspedes con la ayuda del personal
- Entrena y desarrolla a los miembros del equipo a diario para mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes
- Capaz de discutir, informar y obtener objetivos presupuestarios semanales con el supervisor
- Gestionar 2 vehículos en funcionamiento, un camión y un remolque durante buen tiempo en las zonas de Rapid City, Black Hills y Sturgis en Dakota del Sur
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias tanto del camión como del remolque
- Formar y desarrollar a nuevos miembros del equipo
- Mantener el personal
- Cumple todas las normas de seguridad
- Inventarios y calendarios semanales
- Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y divertido
- Resuelve los problemas de los huéspedes de forma oportuna
- Se comunica regularmente con el supervisor y los miembros del equipo
Cualificaciones
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Más de 2 años de experiencia similar
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de ritmo acelerado
