Director of Business Development
You are the ideal Business Development Director who thrives on building meaningful, long-term professional relationships and representing the company with warmth, credibility, and consistency. You are engaging, personable, steady, and trustworthy—someone others enjoy doing business with over time. Your approach is thoughtful, community-oriented, and grounded in genuine connection rather than transactional sales.
You are confident and articulate in presentations, able to clearly communicate our value without pressure or pushiness. Your style is friendly, composed, patient, and reassuring. You understand that in professional referral environments—such as legal and wealth management—trust is built over time through consistency, discretion, and follow-through, and you bring that same long-term mindset to every relationship you build.
With a steady, people-centered approach, you represent the company at industry events, educational programs, and one-on-one meetings across both professional and community settings. This includes building relationships with attorneys, wealth managers, and fiduciaries, as well as rehabilitation facilities, physicians’ offices, 55+ communities, and other local organizations. You listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and position our services as a supportive solution aligned with the needs of older adults, families, and the professionals who serve them.
You collaborate closely with leadership and operations to ensure alignment between promises made externally and delivery internally. You take ownership of your outreach strategy, track engagement thoughtfully, and follow up consistently. You report directly to Rachel Aguanno, Vice President. As a company, we strive to provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers and the responsiveness of our staff. We embrace a positive, balanced approach to aging centered on the evolving needs of older adults.
The compensation range listed reflects base salary only. Additionally, there is a gas stipend and commission and bonus opportunities. Health insurance benefits are not included with this role.
