As a Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist , you'll play a vital role in performing diagnostic and emergency imaging procedures while ensuring each patient receives exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals
- Develop work and on-call staffing schedules
- Coordinating daily nuclear medicine department operations and workflow
- Conducting imaging studies with precision and compassion
- Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures
- Minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives
- Educating patients and supporting a positive healthcare experience
