Position Summary/Objective:

The role of the Custom Stair Installer is to successfully deliver and install custom staircases to customers keeping projects on schedule, ensuring job quality standards, and providing overall great customer service.

Essential Functions:

· Responsible for installation of custom straight and curved stair systems for both residential and commercial projects.

· Carefully loading and unloading stairs to job sites

· Delivery of

· Reporting any property damage immediately, prior to leaving job site.

· Work with management to ensure efficient routing to minimize delivery cost.

· Comply with customer policies and safety requirements.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· A clear understanding of company policies and procedures, applicable federal, state, local and company safety policies and procedures

· Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

· Strong service mentality

Qualifications:

· Solid spatial awareness and math skills including basic geometry.

· Strong background in wood working/craftsmanship.

· Framing and Trim carpentry experience

· Strong attention to detail

· Clean Motor Vehicle Record

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Able to lift and deliver stairs up to 75 lbs

· Excellent Teamwork

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time.

· Able to work in the field in varied weather and jobsite conditions.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position.

Travel:

Travel will be required for this position (>75%)
