About the Position
COMPENSATION AND PERKS Hematology/Oncology Physician
- Guaranteed Salary + Production ($1M+ total Compensation)
- $45,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Annual Quality Bonus: Up to $25,000
- APP Oversight Compensation: $7,500/year
- Student Loan Assistance: Up to $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $17,000
- CME Allowance: Up to $5,000/year
- Five weeks of Paid Time Off
FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hematology/Oncology Physician
- Modern clinic completed in 2018, featuring advanced imaging, Radiation Oncology, lab services, and a 14-chair infusion center
- Monday-Friday schedule, with the potential for flexible hours
- Outpatient-only position, with no inpatient rounding required
- Telephonic call shared equally between physicians and APPs, typically 0-3 calls over a 24-hour period
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Hematology/Oncology Physician
- Board-certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Strong desire to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
