What You Will Do
Â

• Serve as the primary contact for homebuyers from the first meeting through closing.
• Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Conduct model home tours and highlight the value of each community and available inventory.
• Engage with potential buyers through community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach.
• Manage your pipeline within the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
• Participate in daily check-ins and sales coaching with leadership to maintain top performance.
• Represent our client with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Be the face of the brand in your community, shaping first impressions and delivering a buying experience that reflects the quality of the homes themselves.

• Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing at the time of hire.
• Proven success in high-value or consultative sales.
• Motivated, competitive, and driven by financial success.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Able to work weekends with two weekdays off.
• Ownership of a dependable vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.
