Apply online and be part of our caring team! **Job Description** Bayside Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Edgewater. + Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results + Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required + Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines + Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers + Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians + Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals + Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments + Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies + Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports **Qualifications** + Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program + Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification + Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills + Outgoing and energetic personality + New graduates welcome to apply **Additional Information** The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ **$80,000-$95,000.** Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
