React / Java Developer

We are seeking a versatile and innovative Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Java, and API development to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a strategic mindset to drive impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, and Spring Boot.

API & System Integration

• Design and implement robust integrations with CRM systems, email service providers (ESP), and payment platforms.

UX/UI Optimization

• Apply mobile-first design principles and conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.

Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Strategic Thinking

• Drive innovation across digital platforms through strategic planning and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with React and Java in a production environment
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for optimizing user experience and driving business outcomes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
