Archer Animal Hospital is a compassionate and dedicated veterinary clinic committed to providing high-quality care for pets and excellent service for their owners. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Position Overview
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. This position involves customer service, scheduling appointments, managing records, and supporting the veterinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out during visits
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Compassion for animals and their owners
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 1x Saturday a month
