BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to support an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL 32218. This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in operations, resident relations, and team management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff
- Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
- Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
- Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
- Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained
Requirements
- Previous Property Manager experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively
- Knowledge of property management software preferred
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities
