As a PTA, you’ll work closely under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover strength, restore movement, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative care team that values empathy, skill, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing individualized treatment plans

• Provide guided therapeutic exercises and hands-on interventions

• Monitor patient responses and document progress

• Educate patients and families on continued care

• Communicate regularly with PTs and other members of the care team

• Active Florida PTA license (or willing to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
