Real Property Accountability Specialist
- Review and validate real property documentation (leases, deeds, surveys, CAD drawings, transfer/sale records) for assets and easements.
- Create new records in the system of record (SAM), ensuring key terms (dates, options, parties, rent) match source documents.
- Generate ad-hoc SAM reports to support analysis, tracking, and data quality checks.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical records (SharePoint/Teams libraries, scanning, folder creation) to improve accessibility and audit readiness.
- Verify ongoing data accuracy (e.g., OPFAC and lessor/grantor details) and support timely lease payment tracking; identify process improvements and coordinate implementation with the team.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years experience in risk and compliance in support of federal production facilities
- 2+ years experience in facility management with a focus in real property assets
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Miami, Florida
- Active Secret Security clearance
