Principal Technical Product Manager (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager in the United States .

This is a high-impact leadership role for a technical product expert with a deep understanding of cloud security. As a Principal Technical Product Manager, you’ll define and drive the security roadmap for a cutting-edge distributed database platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric features. You will also mentor junior team members, ensure global compliance standards are met, and engage directly with customers to refine and evolve the product. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute a long-term cloud security strategy in alignment with customer needs and industry trends
• Drive the design and delivery of key security features including encryption, auditing, access control, and compliance tools
• Translate technical and compliance requirements into actionable product plans
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure security is embedded into the platform
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, managing roadmaps, timelines, and resources to deliver with impact
• Mentor junior product managers and security engineers to build a culture of security and innovation
• Actively gather customer and partner feedback to continuously improve product performance and trust

• 8+ years in technical product management, with a strong emphasis on cloud security and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven expertise in delivering security features for SaaS or cloud infrastructure platforms
• Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and industry regulations (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management experience
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and database platforms is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated success mentoring others and driving a security-first product culture

• Competitive salary: $158,000–$220,000 USD, depending on location and experience
