Pay: $35,000 – $55,000 per year + bonuses.

Trad’s Pest Control is seeking Lawn Care Technicians who enjoy hands-on problem solving, working outdoors, and building strong relationships with customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical and technical work and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest control.
• Inspect lawns and identify issues such as weeds, insects, or disease.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Educate customers on lawn care and prevention.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Follow all safety and company guidelines.
• Uphold company values of excellence, integrity, and purpose.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years) with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain required licensing through the Florida Department of Agriculture (FDACS).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Experience is a plus, but not required.
