A DAY IN THE LIFE OF WORKING THE FITNESS FRONT DESK:

As the staff of the fitness center of Bonita Bay Club, you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center with 20,000 square feet dedicated to exercise, featuring wall-to-wall Technogym equipment. You will flow between Front Desk 1 and Front Desk 2 duties. Front desk 1 is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, greeting members and their guests, answering phone calls, booking personal training appointments, and billing for the services. This role is very dynamic and fast-paced. In the Front Desk 2 role, you are responsible for keeping the exercise floor clean and free of clutter. You may be asked to tour members through the center or answer questions regarding the machines. A major part of Front Desk 2 includes doing laundry, wiping down equipment, and cleaning the fitness studios. The hours for Fitness Front Desk will range from 15-25 per week. Watch a preview at

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PART-TIME FITNESS FRONT DESK

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends.
• Must have First Aid and CPR/AED Certifications (mandatory training to receive these certifications will be provided if not yet attained)
• Knowledge of Fitness equipment is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have some experience with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
