12 Store Dunkin Donut Franchise - We are currently seeking strong, qualified candidates to run our restaurants in the Orlando area. This is a full time position (5-6 days a week for a minimum of 50 hours per week),
Responsibilities
- Product Quality - Maintaining company standards
- Guest Services - Ensures guest satisfaction, and service speed
- Safety and Sanitation standards are met
- Leadership, including taking initiative, and effective communication
- Training and Development of all associates. including recruiting, interviewing, and retention
- Administration tasks, inventory, ordering, time keeping, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Plan, develop and maintain labor and food budgets
- Early morning and weekend work is required
Qualifications
- Must have prior Multi-Unit or Manager experience
- ServSafe Certification a plus
- Quick Service Experience a must
- Must have excellent time management skills as well as customer service skills
