Join the vibrant team at Leons Lobstah Shack as a Cashier, where youll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers! This role is perfect for those who love seafood and enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Process transactions quickly and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for seafood and customer satisfaction.
